I led the selection and rollout of Bynder as Rewiring America’s first digital asset management system. I defined the taxonomy, migrated and organized more than 8,000 assets, and centralized PDFs, photography, and video that had previously been scattered across teams and platforms. This work created a single source of truth for creative assets and established workflows that made content easier to find, reuse, and scale as the organization grew.
